As one of the largest multi-sector economic groups in Cambodia, Prince Group, with more than 80 businesses operating in different fields, has made great contributions to the sustainable economy of Cambodia. The Bay of Lights project is a new step in the Viet Model in one of the most vibrant real estate market in Southeast Asia.
Bay of Lights is considered the "new epicenter" of Sihanoukville with many positive forecasts about attracting 3 million more tourists by 2030 as well as creating 330,000 new jobs by 2040. With a scale of up to 934 ha, the project is important to the Cambodian economy, so the developer of Bay of Lights has set many criteria during the production of the model. Before the requirements of customers, Viet Model step by step finds solutions and realizes project ideas through every detail made.
Each subdivision of Bay of Lights has its own function and is linked together by main traffic axes with 5 symbols as highlights. Viet Model has successfully created a Bay of Lights model through perspectives to highlight the connection between people and nature of the land of Sihanoukville. More than a third of the time spent preparing documents and 50 days and nights making models, the ideas gradually took shape under the hands of Viet Model artisans. The belt of nature, work, play and water surface is gradually perfected and becomes a complete architectural model, which is locating in the beautiful city of Phnom Penh.
The Bay of Lights model has far exceeded developer Canopy Sands' expectations.
