An old client contacted us and asked for an immediate solution corresponding to a significantly strategic project of his business. Even though we had been fully scheduled for the next 2 months, we would still offer our service to an old dear customer.
As a result, a product was completely crafted within 5 days, which brought a boundless satisfaction to the customer. After the final product was presented, his statement to our Director had brighten our team’s day: “Viet, I always knew you would bring satisfaction”. Additionally, he had finalized the total payment of the contract during the day, which made our effort felt even more recognized.
You may not understand how proud and satisfying it is when a minor valued artifact that we produced carries a major benefit for our customer. We are delighted for doing what we love, for following our passion and for being recognized.
