T&T SALES GALLERY — A NEW MILESTONE ON VIET MODEL'S PIONEERING JOURNEY

With over 20 years as an ingenious pioneer in architectural scale modeling in Vietnam, Viet Model has continuously set new standards — cementing the leadership through cutting-edge technology solutions that transform every product from a beautiful display piece into a fully immersive control and interactive experience.

On that journey, Viet Model and T&T Group — one of Vietnam's leading multi-sector conglomerates with a strong footprint in real estate — came together for an exclusive project package at the first T&T Sales Gallery in Ho Chi Minh City.

Every architectural model on display at T&T Sales Gallery was crafted by the Viet Model team, including master plan models of Phuoc Tho Residential Area, T&T City Millennia, and T&T Ca Mau; the high-rise model T&T Twin Tower; and a series of villa and interior sample models. What defines this project package is the comprehensive integration of control technology across every product in the showroom.

The Projection Mapping system across the T&T Millennia City and T&T Ca Mau models features 6 enhanced industrial-grade 4K laser projectors with short-throw zoom lenses. Given the showroom's uniquely low ceiling, every technical parameter: from projector and lens selection to installation approach, was carefully calculated to achieve the sharpest, most visually refined mapping output possible in real conditions. Viet Model also breathed life into the experience through a meticulously researched narrative script, taking visitors on a seamless journey from sight to sound, interaction to sensation — capturing the pulse of the future cities T&T envisions.

For the Phuoc Tho Residential Area model, AR technology lets visitors simply scan any area of interest with a smart device to instantly access detailed project information. To ensure the system can quickly and accurately recognize 30 types of structures across the model, the Viet Model team built a database of up to 15,000 images and videos — allowing information to appear almost the moment a user interacts with it.

Meanwhile, the T&T Twin Tower model integrates nearly 1,500 lighting control ports through a web platform, allowing users to operate the entire lighting system without being physically present. From anywhere, users can switch on the full system or drill down to individual branches and ports — lighting up specific floors and units with precision.

What truly elevates this project package is not any single control technology but the seamless integration of all of them with the sales management system. The complexity lies in synchronizing two fundamentally different data streams: one driving thousands of physical lighting ports across the models, and the other managing the intricate sales databases of multiple concurrent projects — all brought together on a single unified web platform.

The system was also built with long-term scalability in mind, allowing the developer to continuously add and update new projects — with the vision of growing into a comprehensive sales management hub for their entire real estate portfolio. Multi-user support and role-based access control — spanning sales directors, managers, administrators, sales teams, and buyers — ensure that information remains tightly governed, transparent and secure at every level.
