Viet Model to join in a project making great change of Hanoi Capital, Vietnam

In December, 2016, Viet Model has produced a giant model for Nhat Tan - Noi Bai highway which will create a huge impact on the future of Hanoi Capital, Vietnam. Together with Nhat Tan Bridge the highway creates a strategic pathway from Hanoi Capital to Noi Bai International Airport. The City Authority’s ‘Capital Development Strategy’ includes residential methodical expansion on both sides of the highway.

The complex architectural plan of a modern city includes international financial centre (IFC), ASEAN village, a culture and business fair, an expansive exhibition cent and culture and trade centres all located north of the Red River. The plan’s aim is to promote the overall development of Hanoi economy and society and lead to true international standards and integration in the capital.

Our Client, BRG Group, is solely responsible for implementation of the agreed scaled master plan that stretches 12km from Nhat Tan Bridge to Noi Bai International Airport.

Area of this massive city-changing project with four major components totals 2,080ha.

Financial Tower, the landmark of Financial Centre will be new city central which attract many stock, investment and banking groups.
